"if we all worked harder then doctors wouldn't have to"

the Red solution

If sweaty gyms are out of the question now, and you are WFH or are continuously remote working, contact Red Rehabilitation for private clinical exercise services at home via video call.

Scarlett has devised three bespoke corporate wellbeing workshops, designed to solve the eternal problem of musculoskeletal pain whilst at work.
These workshops are an HR department’s dream.
Each are designed to educate employees to self manage chronic pain, without creating a dependancy on regular physiotherapy / chiropractic / witch doctor appointments.
The premise is simple:
Teach correct spinal posture and seated alignmentProvide pain relieving stretches Administer prescriptive strengthening exercises to prevent the problem from recurring

the numbeRs bit

Productivity decreases by up to 70% for employees in chronic pain.
Musculoskeletal conditions are the second biggest cause of staff absenteeism; with back pain and back pain management alone costing the UK economy £20 billion a year.

How many HR bods admit that the workforce has called in sick more than ever before, whilst WFH?  How many know how to introduce effective remote corporate well-being initiatives that could reduce sickness absenteeism?

That’s because we aren’t set up correctly to work from home.

At the peak of Covid restrictions, 60% of the UK were WFH.*26% will continue to WFH post-pandemic.*(*source finder.com)

With the average London commute of 59 minutes each way now being dedicated solely to… yep, you guessed it, more time working; the benefit currently stands with the employer.

Your employees also have a distinct lack of access to corporate wellbeing offerings; such as a trip to the gym, or a therapy session, or access to an in-house GP.  Staff well-being needs to become remote well-being to accommodate the new normal.

How are you looking after your staff now, remotely?
